Information Molt Score may process

Depending on the app version, features you use, your device and your privacy choices, information processed in connection with Molt Score may include:

• App interactions and usage events, such as screens or features used.
• App and device information such as app version, device type, operating system and language.
• Diagnostic or performance information used to understand app operation and reliability.
• Advertising-related identifiers or information where advertising services are enabled and permitted.
• Purchase and entitlement information required to provide or restore Premium through Google Play.
• Information you voluntarily provide when contacting Molt82 Apps for support.

Information stored on your device

Molt Score may store game state, scores, team or player names, team colours, selected images, match settings, preferences, recent match information and other app configuration locally on your device.

Local app data is used to operate Molt Score features and may be removed if you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app, subject to Android or device backup and restore behaviour.

Analytics

Molt Score may use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the app is used and improve its features.

Analytics may process app usage events, app and device information and automatically collected analytics data.

Analytics may be used to understand active usage, sessions, retention, feature usage and which sports or game modes are being used.

Molt82 Apps does not intend to use Molt Score text fields such as team or player names as analytics event content.

Advertising

The Free version of Molt Score may display advertising.

Advertising services may process device information, advertising identifiers, app interactions and other information required to deliver, limit, measure or personalise advertising, depending on applicable law and your privacy choices.

Where required, Molt Score will request consent or provide privacy choices before using information for personalised advertising.

Premium is intended to provide an ad-free Molt Score experience.

Google Play purchases

Premium purchases and related transactions are processed through Google Play.

Molt82 Apps does not receive your full payment-card details from Google Play.

Molt Score may receive or verify information necessary to determine whether you have a valid Premium purchase or entitlement and to restore eligible purchases.

How information is used

Information processed in connection with Molt Score may be used to:

• Provide scoreboard, statistics, saved-game and customisation features.
• Remember app preferences and settings.
• Provide, verify and restore Premium features.
• Measure app usage and improve Molt Score.
• Diagnose technical issues and maintain app reliability.
• Provide and measure advertising in the Free version.
• Respond to support enquiries.
• Protect users, Molt82 Apps and the integrity of the service.
• Meet applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Third-party services

Molt82 Apps does not sell information you enter into Molt Score as a product.

Information may, however, be processed by service providers used to operate app features.

• Google Play — app distribution, purchases and Premium entitlement.
• Google Analytics for Firebase — app analytics and usage measurement.
• Google advertising services / AdMob — where advertising is enabled.
• Other technical service providers added to Molt Score in future versions where disclosed as required.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Images, team names and user content

If you choose team images, logos, names or other custom content, that content is used to provide the customisation features you select.

You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to use any logos, images or other protected material you add to Molt Score.

Molt82 Apps does not claim ownership of content merely because you select or enter it in Molt Score.

Sharing

When you choose to share a scoreboard, statistics image or other supported content, Molt Score uses Android sharing functionality to let you select a destination app or service.

Once you choose another app or service, information you share is handled according to that service's privacy practices.

Data security

Molt82 Apps takes reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the information handled by Molt Score.

No electronic storage, transmission or software system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Retention and deletion

Locally stored Molt Score data generally remains on your device until it is changed, reset, cleared or removed through app or Android controls, or until the app is uninstalled.

Information processed by third-party services is retained according to the applicable service configuration, legal requirements and the provider's retention practices.

If you contact Molt82 Apps directly, support correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the enquiry, maintain business records or meet legal obligations.

Your privacy choices

Depending on your location, applicable law and the services enabled in Molt Score, you may be given choices concerning analytics or advertising data.

You can also use Android and Google account settings to manage certain device, advertising and privacy preferences.

Children's privacy

Molt Score is a general-purpose sports and games scoring application and is not designed to require children to create a Molt Score account.

Users should avoid entering unnecessary personal information about children and should only use names or images where they have appropriate authority or permission.

International processing

Third-party providers used by Molt Score may process information on systems located outside your state, territory or country.

Their processing is subject to their applicable privacy and data-protection arrangements.
