By downloading, accessing or using Molt Score, you agree to these Terms.
Molt Score is a scoring, statistics and game-management aid. It is not an official scoring authority, competition administrator, referee, umpire or governing body.
Users remain responsible for checking official rules, results and competition requirements.
Molt Score is provided by Molt82 Apps and is designed to assist with scoring, statistics, timing, game management and related functions across supported sports and games.
Features may differ between sports, game modes, devices, app versions, Free and Premium access levels.
By installing, accessing or using Molt Score, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Molt82 Apps Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you should not use Molt Score.
If you use Molt Score on behalf of a club, organisation, team or other entity, you are responsible for ensuring you have authority to do so.
You may use Molt Score for lawful personal, recreational, sporting, club, team and other legitimate scoring purposes, subject to these Terms.
You must not use Molt Score to:
Molt Score is intended to assist users with scoring and game management.
Although we aim to implement supported scoring systems accurately, Molt82 Apps does not guarantee that every rule, calculation, timer, statistic, score or game state will always be complete, current or error-free.
Rules may vary between competitions, associations, regions, age groups and governing bodies.
You should verify important scores, match results and rules against the requirements that apply to your competition.
Official decisions made by referees, umpires, scorers, competition administrators or governing bodies take precedence over Molt Score.
Molt Score may offer both Free and Premium functionality.
Free functionality may include advertising. Premium may provide additional features such as removal of Molt Score advertising, additional customisation, team imagery, extended history and other Premium features made available in the applicable app version.
Features may be added, changed, improved or removed over time.
Paid Molt Score features are intended to be purchased through Google Play.
Prices, taxes, billing periods and applicable purchase terms are displayed through Google Play before you complete a purchase.
Purchases may be associated with the Google account used to make the transaction.
Molt Score may verify purchase or entitlement information to provide or restore Premium access.
If Molt Score offers a subscription, the applicable price and renewal period will be shown before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated by Google Play or required by law, subscriptions may automatically renew until cancelled through the relevant Google Play account settings.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewal and does not necessarily end access immediately.
Refund requests are handled in accordance with Google Play policies and applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Free version of Molt Score may display advertising supplied by third-party advertising services.
Molt82 Apps does not necessarily control the specific advertisement displayed to an individual user.
Advertising services may operate subject to their own terms, privacy practices and applicable consent requirements.
Premium is intended to provide an ad-free Molt Score experience in relation to advertising supplied by Molt Score.
Molt Score may allow you to enter team or player names and select images, logos, colours or other custom content.
You retain any rights you already hold in content you provide.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right or permission to use that content, including club logos, trademarks, photographs and other protected material.
Molt82 Apps does not grant you rights to third-party names, logos, trademarks or images merely because Molt Score allows custom content to be selected or displayed.
Molt Score may allow you to create and share scoreboard or statistics images through Android sharing functionality.
You are responsible for the content you choose to share and the destination to which you send it.
Once content is sent to another application, platform or person, its use and handling may be governed by that destination service and is outside Molt82 Apps' direct control.
Molt Score may store scores, unfinished games, preferences, Match History and other information locally on your device.
You are responsible for maintaining any records that are important to you.
App data may be lost through device failure, clearing app storage, factory reset, uninstalling the app, software errors or other events.
Molt82 Apps does not guarantee permanent storage or recovery of locally stored scores, statistics or other app data.
Molt Score may rely on third-party services for functions such as app distribution, purchases, analytics, advertising, sharing or future external integrations.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies.
Their availability, accuracy and continued operation are not controlled by Molt82 Apps.
Molt Score may introduce features that display or synchronise information from external sporting platforms, organisations or data providers.
External data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or changed by its source.
Users should verify official fixtures, ladders, team information and results with the relevant organisation or competition where accuracy is important.
Molt Score, Molt82 Apps, the app design, original graphics, software, branding and other original materials supplied by Molt82 Apps are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit Molt Score software or Molt82 Apps proprietary materials without permission.
Third-party trademarks, sport names, organisation names and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners.
Reference to a sport or third party does not by itself imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.
Molt82 Apps may update, modify, suspend or discontinue features of Molt Score as the app develops.
Changes may be made to improve functionality, maintain security, comply with platform requirements or respond to changes in third-party services.
We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely or work on every Android device or Android version.
You may need to install updates to continue using certain features.
Older devices, operating systems or configurations may not support all current or future Molt Score functionality.
You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, operating system, internet connection where required and access to applicable third-party services.
Molt Score provides software tools and information for scoring and game management.
It does not provide legal, medical, financial, professional officiating or governing-body advice.
You should rely on appropriately qualified persons and official competition information where such advice or authority is required.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, including rights that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Molt82 Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of Molt Score.
This may include loss resulting from incorrect score entry, device failure, loss of locally stored data, unavailable third-party services or reliance on unofficial app output.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You are responsible for your use of Molt Score, the information you enter, the content you choose to display or share, and checking important results before relying on them.
You are also responsible for complying with the rules and policies of any venue, club, competition, organisation or third-party service relevant to your use of the app.
Your use of Molt Score is also subject to the Molt82 Apps Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be handled in connection with the app.
READ PRIVACY POLICYWhere technically applicable, Molt82 Apps may restrict access to services or features if reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security threats, abuse, fraud, platform requirements or serious breaches of these Terms.
You may stop using Molt Score at any time and may uninstall the app using your device controls.
These Terms may be updated as Molt Score develops, features change, third-party services change or legal and platform requirements evolve.
The date at the top of this page identifies the latest published version.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Western Australia, Australia, subject to any mandatory rights or laws that apply to you based on your location.
Nothing in this section removes any jurisdiction, consumer protection or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
